President's Day Banquet

On the evening of May 12, 2011, the Annual President’s Day Banquet was at the Intercontinental Hotel. The Hispanic Bar Association of Houston was proud to announce Ms. Donna Harris as this year's Keynote Speaker. Ms. Harris is a Managing Counsel in the Law Department of Wells Fargo & Company. In 2010, Ms. Harris was selected to serve as a member of Wells Fargo's Enterprise Diversity Council, a 28 member council comprised of leaders representing all Wells Fargo lines of business and support groups. In addition to helping Wells Fargo achieve its diversity and inclusion goals, Ms. Harris leads a team of attorneys and paralegals who are responsible for corporate governance for all Wells Fargo subsidiaries, including Wells Fargo Bank. Ms. Harris has been with Wells Fargo and its predecessors since 1996 in a variety of leadership positions including, Deputy General Counsel of the Corporate and Regulatory group. Ms. Harris holds a B.A. from George Washington University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
